A multi-purpose facility for mutual interaction between residents such as culture, education, sports, and recreation. The folk museum on the first floor displays the life and materials of the Ueda area from the Taisho era to the early Showa era. There is also an exhibition room that stores minerals, rocks and fossils produced in the Ueda area.
