Wakita Art MuseumWakitabijutsukan

Located in a quiet corner of Kyukaruizawa. It was built in 1908 to surround the atelier Sanso (designed by Junzo Yoshimura), a long-time favorite of Western painter Kazuki Wakita (2005-1991). This collection and exhibition of Wakita's early and late works, who continued to draw birds and flowers in clear colors. Various programs such as special exhibitions, concerts and workshops are actively conducted.
