Opened in June 1993 in Matsumoto City Wada to praise and praise the achievements of Utsubo Kubota, a poet and scholar of Japanese literature.Approximately 6 items such as colored paper, strips, first edition books, manuscripts, and beloved items are exhibited.The birthplace of the main building is also open to the public.
