Zenkoji TempleZenkouji Hondo

Zenkoji Hondo, rebuilt in 1707 (Hoei 4), is a masterpiece of the Middle Edo period Buddhism, which has one of the largest structures in eastern Japan. Designated as a national treasure in March 1953. Sanmon and Kyozo are designated as national important cultural properties.

In 2020 (Reiwa 2), the bell tower and Niomon were registered as national tangible cultural properties (buildings).
