Ueda City Shinano Kokubunji MuseumWEDS

Constructed at the Shinano Kokubunji temple site, which is a nationally designated historical site, the archeological and historical materials from the primitive to the Heian period of the Ueda region are displayed on a permanent basis, focusing on the stirrups, Uwa, inkstone, pottery, and earthenware from the site of Shinano Kokubunji. It also stores and displays many replicas of ancient tiles from the Chinese Warring States and the Han Dynasty. Every year, we hold special and special exhibitions, hold various lectures such as citizen lectures, and hold history experience classes (for elementary and junior high school students).
