The old government building of Komagane City Hall is used for the Western style architecture of the few Taisho eras in the prefecture. Collection and display of folk materials such as clothing, food and housing, folk implements, agricultural tools, archeological materials, and specimens of animals and birds from the Central Alps. It can also be used as a venue for events and various hands-on activities, a venue for exhibiting works for lifelong learning activities, and conference rooms.
