Located at 1000 meters above sea level, there is a facility called "Mima Kogenzo", a facility for long-term low-temperature aging of naturally brewed miso by Marukome Co., Ltd.
The storehouse is open for visitors to learn how to make miso, and there is also a corner where you can experience making miso on your own. There is also an aged miso that can only be tasted here.
