Japan's largest milling plant that mills rice suitable for sake brewing using the latest computer management. The rice milling process is explained in an easy-to-understand manner on a panel, and a factory tour can be performed through wide glass. In addition, sake from about 100 breweries in Nagano Prefecture is exhibited, and there is also a tasting corner and a sales corner.
